    You should be fine, B9S is pretty similar to A9LH, and all you're doing is dumping system files, with can be done with the same old GodMode9 or whatever you prefer.

    There's no correlation so far between who got banned and why... How would they find out who has CFW, and why only these people?

    If you look in the guide you provided it says "Note that this won't work for the 022-2812 or 002-0102 bans given to Sun/Moon players who used online functionality before release." But it says there is another way here. How would I install the .plg file?

    002-0102 still remains when i try to use friends list 022-2812 remains when i try to create a new nnid ah, so the only thing i really need to fix is 022

    That's the problem. I can't link the NNID because of error 022-2812, so I can't system transfer.
