    Certainly possible, though I'm not sure how with the hosts file and exosphere.ini set up correctly. Additionally, 90DNS also shows blocked on all its tests.

    RESOLVED: This issue was caused by the target Switch not being set as the primary console. This triggered a flag on my user account, which resulted in the error even despite Nintendo servers being blocked. Resolved by changing the target switch to my primary console and rebuilding emuMMC.
