Switch OLED Screen not working after picofly

No image is usually due to a damaged LCD connector. Under a microscope, verify that each pin is looking good. Next step is to compare diode readings on the LCD connector. https://gbatemp.net/threads/nintendo-switch-oled-no-display-on-handheld-mode.643956/post-10302865

Switch OLED Screen not working after picofly

Have you looked for damaged pins in the LCD connector?

Hacking Hardware Picofly - a HWFLY switch modchip

You can run a wire between the traces. Mask the damage if it has been scraped to the ground plane on the layer below. You are also missing what I think is a 100ohm resistor (size 0201). The position is indicated with blue cross.

HWfly failed installation on Switch Lite. No boot after desolder.

Ripped pad is connected to the eMMC. You will need to restore the connection. If you can't get solder to stick to the remaining copper in the ripped pad/via you'll have to grind and solder to trace (= not an easy job).

R$597 = 110€ / 120$? Any info on what the price will be?

Damaged CMD (A) pad on OLED after botched picofly install - salvageable?

That pad goes straight to the APU. Repairable if you can grind and solder to the trace. The trace is on the third layer. (Correct me if I'm wrong.)

No easy access compared to V2 IIRC.

Switch don't Boot. Only RCM with PC.

If the devlce was stuck in RCM-mode before Picofly, couldn't it be due to problems with the eMMC?

Have you plugged in the eMMC correctly?

    Picofly AIO Thread

Have you tried 47ohm resistors on DAT0/CMD? Looks like you have 01R (1 ohm) installed? The LED should still light up with wrong resistors? I've had a couple of RP2040-Zero duds. One wouldn't flash until I reflowed the flash and RP2040.

Tore off DAT0 pad during PicoFly install on Lite

If you carefully scrape the via (below the ripped pads) and the line, you can add a jumper wire. If you destroy the via, the repair will be 10x more difficult.
