    ROM Hack How do i convert a cxi file?

    Hi everyone, im trying to get a 3ds file out of a cxi file. I used a pokemon randomize universal thing and got a cxi file so then i try using makerom to turn it onto 3ds file and its not working. The error messages i get are '' cannot be opened or 'C' cannot be opened or content 0 is corrupted...
