    I am very new to Wii homebrew so I am no expert. But I think if you want all of that in one window/loader you should look into WiiFlow. I cant point you out to any definitive tutorial unfortunately maybe someone else can help.

    Well I was determined to get this working so I blew up my mod and started over with ModMii. I also used ModMii to change my region completely from PAL to NTSC. That seemed to fix it. Castlevania Rebirth launches in 480P :)))) ALso R-Type for Master System worked. Ghosts N Goblins arcade still...
