    just so you know that using a flash cart wont get a save from your original game. you need to of started the game on the flashcart in the first place to be able have a save. I hope im not complicating things :/ im not sure on how you get saves from an action replay but i definitely know you can...

    you need t be playing your pokemon game on a flashcart. eg r4, acekard, supercard etc or you could use an action replay if you dont have one of those
