    Thanks! that did the trick, apparently FBI and Checkpoint were corrupted at some point. Now knowing how to re-install using homebrew was a good help!

    The card is Class 10 and the test passed without errors. However the issue is still there. Everything in the Card/3DS seems to be working as expected except for Checkpoint and FBI --> those 2 are the only ones that are showing the black screen with the error message.
