    Hacking partially bricked wii

    I have the exact same problem caused by dop-ios v11.5, tried to fix with a format then update to 4.3. Ended up having to buy another 2nd hand wii console. Banner bomb would work if nintendo hadn't blocked it in ver 4.3. It did for someone on 4.2 here:-...
