    Playing Gabriel Knight on ScummVM?

For the record, I've opened a bug report on ScummVM's issue tracker, so this should hopefully get fixed at some point. https://bugs.scummvm.org/ticket/13745

Homebrew Homebrew game ScummVM for Nintendo DS - Prerelease

ScummVM 2.6.0 "or: Insane Escapism" has been released today, and Nintendo DS builds have once again been provided on the download page. A full list of changes can be found in the Release Notes, but please note that not all changes currently apply to the DS port.

Homebrew Homebrew game ScummVM for Nintendo DS - Prerelease

Great, thanks! :-) It's possible to adjust the GUI scale using the drop-down in the "Misc" tab of the options tab, although the effect of this may be lessened due to the fact that the fonts used in the DS port don't currently scale. I'll try to resolve this after the next release, but if you...

Homebrew Homebrew game ScummVM for Nintendo DS - Prerelease

Cool, I've uploaded a set of test builds here. Compared to the ones from the buildbot, these use separate builds for each engine rather than using plugins. A decent amount of these should work on the DS and DS Lite, but since I've done all of my testing using the DSi, I can't confirm which ones...

Homebrew Homebrew game ScummVM for Nintendo DS - Prerelease

Recently, testing has been announced for the next version of ScummVM. Amongst other major improvements, the new version contains a rewritten version of the Nintendo DS port. This new version should now work out of the box with TWiLight Menu++, has full button remapping, supports games with...

    Homebrew Emulator ScummVm on DS

What games have you tried? Additionally, do the data files that you've tried work with ScummVM on other platforms?

    Homebrew Emulator ScummVm on DS

"Build A" suggests you're using the old v1.2.1 release. Can you test with the latest nightly build from the ScummVM buildbot to see if it works with that?

Homebrew Emulator ScummVM and AGS game on the switch

AGS support is not yet included in release builds. You'll need to download a nightly build instead if you want to play AGS games. Make sure to use the build marked "ScummVM latest". Edit: @Badablek beat me to it.

    Homebrew [Release] ScummVM 3DS

As I understand it, TinyGL isn't really designed for that kind of thing, so I suspect that using picaGL would be the best approach. Currently, all of the engines using OpenGL have separate renderers for OpenGL 1.x and OpenGL (ES) 2.x, so the former should be relatively easy to adapt for the 3DS...

    Homebrew [Release] ScummVM 3DS

It's worth pointing out that none of the backends need to be adapted to support TinyGL - following the merge with ResidualVM, TinyGL rendering is done using the same API as the 2D games. As such, Grim Fandango, Escape from Monkey Island and Myst III Exile should run out of the box on all...

@Veho, That's why I don't really care about having everything new new anymore as long as it does its job on what you want it to most new devices just brag about having bigger dicks than their last one

Bigger dicks would be nice. It is the pointless electronics that break on otherwise mechanical devices
    that bothers me.

If anything capacities get lowered, tolerances get lowered because electronics control them for at least the warranty period and don't need to have as much safety factor...
