    I was definitely online in the Emunand, or I wouldn't have been able to update the game via internet, right? And I know I've definitely done that before with BoTW and Pokemon Shield again. So.. not sure why I'm not already banned. Maybe I've just been lucky.

    Is there a high chance of getting banned? I updated Pokemon Shield while in Atmosphere CFW. When the update was done, I went into airplane mode. I assume it's ill advised to update my games that way? I'm new to homebrew, so what is the proper procedure to update my games while using CFW?

    If my friend and I wanted to trade completely legit Pokémon, but I've run homebrew/cfw on my Switch, could this potentially get me banned? If I completely powered off my Switch, so I can't even access homebrew till I injected the payload again, would it be "safe?" I'm not using SX OS.

    Ohhh. Now I got you. I didn't read your first post accurately. At least you were able to edit it in. I've never experienced anything like that before. The game has quite a number of bugs that look like are never going to be patched.

    Have you tried unlocking Toon Link normally? Once you complete his required stage, it may unlock his weapon.
