    If I have to buy a new flashcart to fix my DS, should I opt for a slot 1 device or slot 2 device? Also, do you think r4 Revolution would work?

    I tried what you have suggested, but unfortunately, it didn't work. I believe this is because it was made for r4 cartridges. I will look into buying an ez-flash IV, thank you for your suggestion.
