If anyone's having this problem, If on your 3ds you have a system app that's not working, and you suspect it to be corrupted, delete the ticket and title using FBI then do a system update. Fixed it for me.- CatsOnComputers

Help! My scuffed o3ds doesn't launch download play anymore... I tried disabling pretendo, turning off plugins in luma, I ran a ctrcheck and it didn't say anything was corrupted, I went through the guides on hacks.guide step by step for crashing apps... nothing changed anything, I think I need...- CatsOnComputers
