    I followed this but when I try to turn on the 3DS while holding start to install boot9strap it does the same thing,blue led will come on but nothing on the screen 1681209340 New 3DS Users Only: Copy secret_sector.bin to the /boot9strap/ folder on your SD card What are "New 3DS Users"?
