    I'm having some problems with Atmosphere but I'm not sure (sorry!) if they're releated to Hekate. I've built my SD with SDSetup and I have the latest Atmosphere + Hekate, and although I have the custom bootlogo enabled and the time on 5 seconds, I can't see it after I launch CFW from Hekate...
