    Why don't you read his full post again? He mentions plans to get a new switch, and wonders if it would be possible to transfer the saves onto it. This would be possible using emunand.

    Wrong! Superdukester did not use SXOS emunand from a clean nand install. Like it or not, as long as you have a clean nand to start with it is safe to use SX OS emunand and go online with OFW after. At least for the time being.

    I believe if you have a clean switch and use SX OS emunand you are currently safe to go online in OFW. It may be possible to detect in the future since the emunand is stored in the user partition, but no one has been banned yet to my knowledge. Don't listen to the haters.
