    Hacking 3DS NOOB PARADISE - Ask questions here

    So I can't update my Emunand through system settings through the internet since it doesn't like my net. How can I update it offline? I have an O3DS XL on 8.1U. But in the first place, do I even need to update? Does a lower fw lock me from new games installed from CIAs?
