    Hacking ULTIMATE System Menu 4.0 Guide

    I'd like to offer up a big thank-you for this guide - finally, I was able to downgrade my Wii back to 3.2E. Interestingly, I was able to do this all via a wired Ethernet connection, but I did/do have cIOS38 rev14 installed rather than cIOS36 rev10.
