ROM Hack New powersaves 3ds thread

Thank You for the help, x66x66 and h448! Is there any idea if "seeds" can be hacked into New Leaf (yet) like back in the day with Wild World/Action Replay with Powersaves device? People on Gamefaqs seems to be getting worried about that and I'd like to try to pass on this info if possible.

Gaming Heart Scales/Pokeball for PKMN Soul Sliver Action Replay

Yeah, I checked it over twice. But it keeps coming out with 23 of each. Oh well, it's better then none. But I really do need the heart scales for the Move Tutor in one of the cities.

While that does help with the Pokeballs, Althought I only seem to get 23 of each for some odd reason, there isn't any codes for Heart Scales. Can anyone help?

Gaming Heart Scales/Pokeball for PKMN Soul Sliver Action Replay

Hello, Does anyone have Action Replay codes for Heart Scales and Pokeballs for PKMN Soul Sliver? Please and Thanks. I have a US copy of the game with a regular Action Replay if that helps. Also, I have to be able to enter the codes by hand. And I'm sorry If I posted this in the wrong area.
