    If you've ever modded your switch there is always going to be a chance you'll get banned, no matter what you do. Hopefully one day we will not have to worry about that but for now you have a high chance of getting banned.

    So I think it being on exFat was the issue. Everything works great other than it still just autoboots to my Emunand and skips the sx os boot page. It doesn't give me an option to enable AutoRCM or restore nand backups or anything. Very strange.
