    Hacking ROM Hack Translation PSP Initial D Street Stage English Patch

    You'll need Deltapatcher. Pretty much have it, the game (ver 1,01 Japan, not Korea), and the patch provided by the OP. Then open Deltapatcher, select the patch and the ISO. Then just move the patched ISO to your PS Vita the same way you would use any other PSP game (Or PSP, if your using that!)
