    ROM Hack [Release] 3DS Simple CIA Converter

    So I've been editing ORAS with PK3DS. I can edit the roms just fine and rebuild with HackPack. However, when I convert the .3ds to .cia with the Simple Converter, I always get "An error occurred. Please turn off the DS and try again." when trying to boot the installed cia on rxTools 10.4...
