    Tried what @IC_ said above and unfortunately nothing worked. I think he might be right, the mb is dead.

    I can't make both joycons connect at the same time on "blutooth device manager", once one is "connected" the other is only "paired". The only one showing on WiinUPro is the connected, not the paired one, either (L) or (R).
