    Well, I can download some titles but not the eShop stuff that is required to install CFW/Homebrew. For these 2 days, I've been trying to find ways to run the Homebrew Launcher on my 3DS without downloading anything from the eShop.

    Before you go ahead and say that this is a stupid thread/question: I'm very new to all of this CFW stuff. 3DSes with a Latin American region can't download DSiWare or any free game required to run Homebrew Launcher (I think), they simply aren't on the eShop for me. My 3DS version is 11.10...
