    Does the Switch 2 charge twice as fast if you plug power adapters into both USB C ports?

    No. If you do that the electricity will actually just pass through, leaking back to the outlet via the second USB C port. But no, apparently it prioritizes the bottom cable, maintaining a connection to the top cable so it can switch over to that if the bottom cable is disconnected.
