    Sorry for the noob questions, so would a .CIA update file be relatively easy? I’ve never done this before, simply bought it. But after poking around it seems like the installation of CIAs are done via FBI, right?

    Well, turns out this 3DS is Japanese but got swapped to US. So, how will I have to go about fixing this or at least getting my games updated so I can play them online? just CIAs?

    How do I determine this? I’ve left them a message but I’ve yet to receive a reply as it’s still early.

    My system settings indicate it’s US region, and some of these games are even still North America/US region. I still get the error. So I’ll have to manually find update CIA’s for these then?
