    Honestly kind of annoying when people complain about cost of pc parts these days sure inflation and scalpers made it a bitch but back then you were lucky to get 8gbs of ram for like 4k lol

    True... personally I still think Core2Duo can be a snappy machine. I'm kind of surprising myself on one right now. I never really messed with MacBooks until the last couple of years

    I didn't upgrade to hdmi tell like my mid 20s guess it depended on the type of TV but the one I had would I always read VHS first then boot

    There's usually just some sort of latch/pin that keeps the tape from bumping up. Unless it's really tricky- some of them had those stubs that stuck itnto the spots on the tapes
