It levels the game a bit, but basically nerfs effects such as JD, DAD, Brionac, Gale e.t.c (look up a card, if its ignition it is hit) This i guess applys to magic cards such as infernity Launcher - you can chain mst before the effect is activated. If I am not mistaken. but this means...- Boris5000

Basically, when you summon a monster with an IGNITION effect, they can respond before you have a chance to activate said effect. Before rule: You summon JD, Chain 1: You activate effect, Chain 2: Opp activates Bottemless, Chain 2 resolves, JD is removed, Field Blows up. After rule: You summon...- Boris5000
