    All consumer hdd sold nowadays should be physical 4K sector , even it is not mentioned as advanced format. So the challenge is looking for support of 4k logical emulation, not 4k physical sector size

    Physical sector size is not necessary the same as reported logical sector size. Now he needs an USB enclosure or Hard disk that support 4k logical sector size, for MBR single partition over 2TB (max at 16TB theoretically)

    I was told that each NAND backup is unique to that particular Wii. Just a few questions in mind 1) Does Bootmii restore the key.bin together with nand.bin? 2) If yes, assuming that the boot1 of nand.bin is in same checksum as the receiver Wii, why it won't work? 3) if no, will it work...

    Just some suggestions maybe the successfully downloaded file in "temp" folder should be moved to a new folder named "cache"? some files can be rearranged by folders. (e.g. temp/theme for mym, temp/wad for wad, temp/emu for emulators, temp/app for other homebrew channel app etc)
