please help me i have slim vita with hencore and vita shell installed got new memory card and made it ux0, now i cant install any vpk due to error 0x80010002 please any help appreciated

I use 3.65 hencore vita with simple account switcher but when i switch to the new account games wont start and displays error Plz help
