    That's fantastic jkyoho! I'll order one in and then let you know in a few days if it works! It looks as though it should be an 0201 package. The ones I ordered the other day were wrong.

    I tested the component (circled yellow in the image in the first post) but it was open circuit, so I guess not a resistor, zero ohm link etc. Then I found an image of the same area of the board on Google and it seems to be a different component anyway. It's black in colour. I've seen similar...

    So I recently acquired a Switch Lite that was showing no signs of life. It seemed dead but when i took it apart I found a FFC inside wasn't connected. Reconnected it and it works fine. Happy days! Accept now I've noticed the volume up button doesn't adjust the volume. I have traced all lines...
