    Disney Infinity 1.0 runs in Loadiine under Mii Maker. I'm not talking about running Disney Infinity from a disk or anything like that. It uses the USB base station just fine. I was under the impression that Mii Maker if fully prohibited from touching USB, while Disney Infinity proves this...

    I know people have stated that there won't be USB support in loadiine without a kernel exploit. But I was noticing that Disney Infinity uses a USB device and functions with loadiine. I am curious how that works? Are they using a custom driver to access it?

    I don't doubt it. I'm guessing Amazon is buying lower quality flash to keep down costs. Its also quite possible they are swapping to disk to make up for the low device memory. Finish that up with the way Android is forcing more and more to use internal flash and an external micro SD should...

    Hacking Is it the best idea to run games off the SD card?

    I've had a Kindle Fire HD that burned up the flash. No definite way to prove it was due to load, but it was heavily used in general. Started getting corruption, then corrupted an important location within 3 months and that's the end. This seems to be somewhat common for Kindle.
