    That's just the way it goes. We use whatever exploits we can find. If it's free, perfect. If it requires a game with an entry point, so be it.

    Still relatively easy. We could be the poor Vita users who need to tether their device to a computer to run homebrew.

    Edit the wav inside Audacity. You can decrease the quality for a massive file size drop. The 3ds speakers aren't even that great, so nothing will really be missed. Been doing that to set mp3's as background music.

    I took the mp3 file, imported into Audacity, reduced the sound quality for smaller file size, exported as wav, then imported into Every File Explorer.
