Do you mean I have to do:
1) Go to the vhd manager
2) create a blank vhd file with 28 gb sizedisk on it
3) Mount it to be visible
4) Open venty2disk and select this just created newly vhd disk to embed ventoy to this device
5) Format by clicking right menu format and select ntfs...
