    so guys here i am again, i'm having the same problem.. cannot launch luma chainloader while following this guide https://3ds.guide/updating-b9s copied all files but while holding start and booting my 2ds it just launchs normally, any1 can help please?

    yeah lol just seen now, i was using the wrong guide :blush: sorry guys i'm a complete noob :)

    that's the problem, when i try to boot the chainloader i go straight to n3ds homescreen Copy SafeB9SInstaller.bin from the SafeB9SInstaller .zip to the /luma/payloads/ folder on your SD card Rename SafeB9SInstaller.bin in the /luma/payloads/ folder on your SD card to start_SafeB9SInstaller.bin...

    in the payload folder i have godmode9firm and start_SafeB9SInstaller.bin, yes i have boot.firm on sd root! i followed the guide and triple checked all the files :(

    yeah that's guide i followed, but i keep getting stuck... the 3ds doesnt launch the chainloader :(
