So NAND backup, then CFW, then update to 6.2.0 via choidujourNX. Is that correct?

So I just got my switch today, it is currently 3.0.2 XAW1003 so unpatched. Should I go ahead and do an OFW update to 7.0.1 or put CFW on first then update to 6.2.0?
