If I use 4.0 or 4.1 I have the same problem of rebooting if I use usb loader gx. It works just fine for me if I am using 3.2 or 3.3 using 002 fix.

my wii currently has CIOS36 rev 6. should I install rev 7 and 8 or can i directly install rev 9
