    So to get the games working on the current R4DS cart, I need to buy the R4i Gold Plus and copy the .nds games onto this cart? That's it? No update on the 3DS firmware level needed?

    Indeed pretty old. I do have another game that I tried and confirmed that the card slot reader is working normal. What would be the best way forward? I can get a new R4i 3DS card and move these games from the R4DS card to the newer R4i 3DS card? Does that work? Thanks
