EDIT: Alright I figured it out. In the Mod Data Location I was originally using the folder structure "AppData\Roaming\yuzu\load\0100276019E96000\romfs\WOGR_Renewal\Content\Paks", which wasn't working. I needed to create a folder after the game... -

The english text are already inside the rom, dont know why the developer hidden the options to change the game language to english, but here, for anyone want to play the game in english.
