    I just used the default sector size for the external hard drive when converting it to WBFS and everything seemed to work great! Thanks to everyone in this thread for helping!!

    Just tried it now, but I still have the same problem sadly. I'm using the video cables provided in the Wii box, along with an old "Sharp" HDMI tv (I don't have Wii2HDMI, there are video cable ports on the back of the tv as well so I prefer to use those instead.) Yes, they are. (NTSC)
