    Thank you both very much for replying. I'm not sure what ultimately did it but I managed to get the 3DS to power on. Once there I was able to get the B9S installer to run, installed it, and now it cold boots every time! Thank you so much, I just made a video and sent to my friend to show his 3DS...

    Yes, I just tried putting it on the SD card and it was the same. I'm not sure how a different version of Luma could help when the console appears totally dead now, and I'm confused about what that happened anyway 0_o

    Good to have that as a backup, but the problem now is that it won't even power on. No blue power light, nothing. It won't even charge for more than a few seconds.
