    I'm on OFW 4.82 CECH 2504, minverchk shows 3.50, the NOR goes to "success" and PS3 turns off after 2 seconds. I turn on the PS3, put the CFW 4.82 to correct folder on FAT 32 USB stick (tried 2.0 and 3.0). When i try to update to CFW IT goes to 70% and "the data is corrupted" shows up. I read all...

    Thank you for your reply. I have already tried first three points (checking md5, trying to update from recovery after exploit and rebuild) still no luck, I wanted to avoid formatting the HDD and i keep as a last resort.

    I tried both FERROX 4.82 COBRA 7.53 MD5:c4a878c836be5ef13a660109a8941bbd Also the new one that just showed up: 4.81.2 rebug patched to 4.82 Both have same results. One thing to note is when I install the exploit, i have success message and almost immediate (1-2s) shutdown followed by 3 beeps.

    Did anyone with Slim CECH 2504 (minverchk=3.50) succeded in instaling Ferrox? I'm always stuck at 70% instaling after expoliting.

    Same here mate, tried 3 different sticks (both 2.0 and 3.0) and no luck i get "the data is corrupted" each time.
