    Yeah, it used to not be there if you used a shiny cheat. Basically, I just wanted a shiny starter without cheating the rest of the game, and was wondering if this keeps my save clean so I can move it to my legit copy once the game comes out

    In Pokemon Sun/Moon you get a little plus in the summary next to your custom markers

    If you mean the shiny stars yeah that's normal, I was assuming the triangle thing next to it is the marker and would not exist on cheated pokemon but I am not sure.

    Does anyone know if using the shiny cheat marks your pokemon as illegal? I remember in the older games, shiny cheats would remove the star from the pokemon in the summary menu
