    The corrupted BIOS from PS5 had this PKG3486 at x1C73E0. Board EDM-041, firmware 10.20. I used the BIOS from here, and it allowed me to update to fw11.60... but with the issue about licences.     Unfortunately not. First thing I did was to replace the SSD IC controller (CXD90070GG), but same behavious. Stuck on safe mode. UART didn't gave to me any significant info. So I desoldered the winbond NOR IC, and dump the info. Checking i with PS5 wee tool pro... corrupted. MBR2 ko, missing...

    I had a PS5 Slim. Similar case. Stuck on safe mode. SSD controller replaced, BIOS deeply corrupted, KIBAN ID not available, neither wifi MAC. I burnt a dump from internet, and able to install USB update and have a complete boot. As in your case, not working neither discs or online content.
