    Hacking Tutorial to using USB Loader v1.1 and FAQs

    I've followed the steps(installing the WAD and Network install of Rev9), but when running the USB Loader I get the following message: *Error: Custom IOS could not be loaded (ret = -4100) I have System Menu 4.0, and have not installed a cIOS before now. Any ideas? Thanks.
