    ROM Hack Translation Dragon Quest Monsters 2: Cobi and Tara's Marvelous Mysterious Key

    I ran into the same issue with the transfer app, where it considered my normal DQM1R save as corrupt. I was able to fix it by truncating every monster's name to just the first letter. So I agree with KiTA, give this a try if you're having issues.
