    Homebrew Boot9strap and luma3ds

    I actually did my first 3DS Soundhax + boot9strap hack via 3ds.hacks followed all instructions to the letter, and all went well I just feel like im not getting the most out of my 3DS so far ive been downloading .cia files and installing them via FBI (is this the main reason people hack a 3DS?)...
