    Yes the small window for an forced update is like between 1~2 weeks. It depends. You can still use 13.42 and like you mentioned update via USB. You can still go online and use PSN on 13.42 as of right now.

    That wasn't elf arsenal, any number of things could cause that Its just the nature of higher FWs and kstuff atm especially with an autoloader that isn't optimized and tested. Voidshell did that to me 12 times in a row one day, back on 5.5FW...
