    Thank you for the schematics!! I got these readings from pins 16 to 21 on the USB port 0.545, 0.570, 1.020, 1.020, 0.950, 0.545 I'll check for any shorts in resistance mode

    The green light on the dock is on but there's no output to the TV (already made sure that the dock wasn't the issue, it works with my OLED).
