    Might be addressed, might not. No one has confirmed getting the revision yet, and buying them is a roulette - you're either getting the original ones that do this or the new revision that might not do this, there's no way to find out until you get them.

    Yeah, the sound comes from the mechanical parts of the stick not properly sliding through their track and hopping, which causes a skip in input.

    The shell is compatible with the standard everything, pretty much. Mine is all mix and match buttons and sticks and covers.
