    The irony of saying support the Devs who take features from free open source code and package it up in their paid for solution :) not saying all their work is from open source but yeah they hardly credit their sources when they rip it off do they. Emunand will be along shortly in atmosphere

    Well if people have successfully managed to unlink an account from a banned console and reattatch it successfully to a new one then there's your answer I think.

    Yep sure can if it's purely physical and you never connect to the internet then that's perfectly fine. Any digital copy however could be subjected to that check though. Plus they can update the keys for the cart runs further down the production line for later copies .

    The preload calls home to ensure its the right day to load right? Nothing stopping them to force a day 1 update that uses the new keys with the activation check .

    To be fair I've backed up my nand a while ago .That's it. Wouldn't have thought a ban would come from that. Maybe I'm further down the line in the ban list!

    You paid 300 dollars then took a risk. You knew the risks to be fair. Hard to complain about breaking someone's rules and being found out isn't it.

    Just run the Hekate payload and dump you're nand that'll save you a job for when it turns up. You'll also have a clean point to return to too. Enjoy!

    The joycon firmware is embedded in the horizon firmware update so yeah it makes sense. It's a separate update to the sys firmware and will kick in when you run a fw that has an update. Just update and enjoy the benefits
